Supporting Client Requirements Beyond Our Core Scope
Finova operates within a defined scope of primary engagement. We do not seek to act as a full-service provider across all disciplines or asset classes.
However, clients, buyers, sellers, and brokers may, from time to time, have adjacent or downstream requirements that fall outside Finova’s core areas of engagement but are necessary to achieve their objectives.
Where such needs arise — and only when specifically requested by the client — Finova may support the client by introducing or working alongside specialist partners.
Clear Boundaries of Role and Responsibility
Partner-supported capability does not represent an expansion of Finova’s core scope.
In these contexts:
- Finova does not position itself as the execution or delivery provider
- specialist partners operate within their own defined expertise and responsibility
- roles and responsibilities are kept deliberately clear
This separation protects all parties, avoids ambiguity, and supports disciplined, professional engagement.
Working Alongside Specialist Partners
In certain circumstances, Finova may work alongside specialist partners where collaboration supports a clearly defined client objective.
This may include, for example:
- sourcing or procurement activity complemented by third-party logistics or project delivery
- structuring, coordination, or facilitation alongside specialist technical execution
Any such collaboration is:
- contextual
- proportionate
- defined on a case-by-case basis
- initiated only at the client’s request
Finova does not assemble, manage, or promote delivery chains as a standing service.
Illustrative Partner-Supported Contexts
Partner-supported capability may be relevant in areas such as:
- digital assets and related infrastructure
- logistics, delivery, and complex movement of physical assets
- project or programme management for asset-intensive or multi-stakeholder contexts
- specialist technical or operational disciplines outside Finova’s primary engagement scope
These examples are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as a standing service offering.
Capability Identification on Request
In some instances, clients may ask Finova to assist in identifying capabilities that:
- sit outside Finova’s normal scope of engagement, and
- are not covered by existing partner relationships
Where requested, Finova may assist by:
- identifying suitable third-party providers, or
- making introductions to organisations with relevant expertise
This support is provided:
- only at the client’s request
- on a non-exclusive basis
- without Finova assuming delivery, agency, or contractual responsibility
Finova does not act as an agent, contractor, or service provider in these circumstances.
Client-Led and Purpose-Driven
Partner-supported capability exists to serve specific client needs, not to broaden Finova’s remit.
Finova does not proactively promote services it does not deliver, nor does it position partner capability as part of its core offering.
Where alignment exists and support is requested, Finova acts pragmatically and transparently.
Where it does not, clarity is provided early.
Focused Engagement
This approach reflects Finova’s broader philosophy:
- do what we do well
- work with others where appropriate
- remain focused on meeting the client’s underlying requirement without overstating role or responsibility
